JAG Seminar Cancellation Policy
While JAG hates to hear of any people or pups needing to cancel out of our seminars, we do understand that situations happen which might be out of your control. JAG wants to work with everyone to be fair and accommodating when something gets in your way of attending a seminar. Ensuring everyone’s safety in our classes & seminars/events is non-negotiable to our club. JAG will provide JAG Bucks of 100% for missed class/seminar fees for any student who notifies the Registrar that they are required to quarantine due to a COVID positive test or high risk COVID exposure. During these challenging times, JAG still wants to be able to offer great instruction at reasonable prices, but in order to do that, we operate on very slim margins. Managing the administrative side of cancellations fees etc. can make all the difference between a small profit for the club or actually losing money on a seminar. As a result, we are clarifying our cancellation policy effective immediately.
Cancellations 30 days prior to a scheduled seminar/event will receive a full refund minus a $20 administrative fee.
Cancellations up to 2 days before to a scheduled seminar/event will receive a refund in JAG bucks minus a $20 administrative fee if JAG is able to fill your spot from the waitlists. If JAG is unable to fill your spot, JAG will issue JAG Bucks for 50% of the seminar fee. You may not transfer your working spot to anyone else unless there is no one available on the wait list and you have the permission of JAG Seminar Committee/Registrar.
Cancellations within the last 48 hours prior to a schedule seminar/event will receive JAG Bucks for seminar fee minus a $20 administrative fee if JAG is able to fill your spot from the waitlists. If JAG is unable to fill your spot, you will forfeit the seminar fee. JAG tries to maintain a healthy waitlist to avoid this situation. You may not transfer your working spot to anyone else unless there is no one available on the wait list and you have the permission of JAG Seminar Committee/Registrar.
